If you are a manufacturer or someone who builds
electric, gas-powered or pedal-assist vehicles as a
hobby, kick-start your next generation design with
a NuVinci® Developer Kit from Fallbrook. The Developers Kit can provide significant increases in various performance measures (see the Datasheet and the CVP White Paper links below). The Developer Kit provides
what you need to speed design and accelerate
development of a vehicle with the revolutionary
performance of a NuVinci CVP drivetrain.
Application possibilities exist for light electric vehicles, gas-powered vehicles, human-powered vehicles and hybrid vehicles such as pedal-assist electric bicycles.

The NuVinci CVP transmission nominal Speed Ratio range is from 0.5 (underdrive) to 1.75 (overdrive). The product is designed to fit horizontally into a standard 135mm dropout width bicycle-style frame or swingarm. Torque is transferred in one direction only, and because of wide application differences, no CVP input sprocket is included. |
